• The welcome bonus is available once only, on the first deposit of a new account.
• Each bonus has Wagering Requirements applies — the bonus amount must be wagered a specified number of times before a withdrawal can be made.
• Bonuses have a limited validity period — any bonus not used within the specified timeframe will expire and be forfeited.
• Claiming bonuses across multiple accounts from the same IP address or device is prohibited.
• Maximum bet limits may apply to bets placed using bonus funds.
• M10 may modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

Any attempt to abuse bonuses or exploit system vulnerabilities for unfair advantage is considered a prohibited activity and may result in account termination.

On m10 Betting & gaming activities are governed by the following rules:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed.
• Both pre-match betting before a game starts and live betting during play are available.
• If a match is cancelled or abandoned, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, m10 reserves the right to void the affected bets.
• RNG-determined outcomes in slots and casino games are final.
• Bets placed on events involving match-fixing or any other fraudulent activity will be voided.
• Each game has its own payout rate (RTP), which is listed on the game's info page.

M10's Games Sports Betting, Live Casino, slots, virtual sports, and e-sports all operate under the same regulatory framework. Any dispute regarding a result must be raised with support within 72 hours.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the m10 platform:

• Opening an account with false information or registering under someone else's identity.
• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses or other benefits.
• Using bots, automated software, or scripts to place bets or operate games.
• Attempting to hack or breach the platform's security systems.
• Stealing or misusing another user's account credentials.
• Money laundering or transacting with funds from illegal sources.
• Exploiting platform vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Operating an account on behalf of a minor or assisting a minor in doing so.

Any involvement in the prohibited activities listed above will result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of balance, and legal action where necessary.

Either the user or m10 may close an account for any of the following reasons:

• Voluntary Closure: Users may close their account at any time by submitting a request to support. Any remaining balance will be refunded.
• Cancelled by m10: m10 reserves the right to terminate an account without notice in the event of a rule violation.
• Inactive Accounts: A maintenance fee may apply to accounts inactive for more than 12 months.
• Self-Exclusion: Under Responsible Gaming, users may request to self-exclude from the platform for a specified period.

If an account is terminated due to a rule violation, the account balance may not be refunded — particularly if that balance was obtained through prohibited activities.
